1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and 10wen (hereinafter "10wen", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the information platform accessible at https://10wen.cam (the "Platform").

10wen is an online casino and sports betting information and guidance platform. It is not a licensed gambling operator, does not accept real-money deposits or wagers, and does not operate games of chance on its own infrastructure. The Platform serves English-language users in Pakistan and provides educational content relating to online casino games, sports betting markets, responsible gambling tools and payment practices relevant to the Pakistani market.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform in any manner — whether from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location — you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and continued use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines that 10wen may publish from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

You further represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to access gambling-related information in your jurisdiction — a minimum of 18 years of age, or such higher minimum as may be required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for lawful purposes only;
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws applicable to you, and that you alone are responsible for ascertaining and complying with those laws.

4 User Eligibility

The Platform is intended for adults only. Access by persons under 18 years of age — or under the minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction that the User intends to engage with — is strictly prohibited. 10wen does not knowingly provide Content to minors.

In addition, Users must not access the Platform if doing so would violate any law, regulation or order applicable to them. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local, provincial and national legal obligations in relation to gambling and gambling-related information.

10wen reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Platform for any User, in any jurisdiction, at any time and without prior notice, where 10wen reasonably believes that continued access may violate Applicable Law or these Terms.

5 Platform Use & Conduct

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. In accessing the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates Applicable Law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, server, network or database connected to the Platform;
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
• Harvest, scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform without 10wen's express written consent;
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scripts to access the Platform for any purpose not explicitly authorised by 10wen;
• Reproduce, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit any Content without prior written permission;
• Impersonate 10wen, its representatives or any other person in connection with the Platform;
• Introduce malicious code, viruses or any other harmful material to the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

10wen reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including without limitation suspension of access and referral to law enforcement — in response to any violation of this clause.

6 Information Accuracy

10wen endeavours to ensure that all Content published on the Platform is accurate, current and fairly presented. However, the online gambling industry is a fast-moving environment. Operator terms, bonus structures, payment method availability, odds formats and responsible gambling tools can change without notice.

Accordingly, 10wen makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for purpose of any Content. All PKR-denominated bonus figures, payment examples and wagering illustrations published on the Platform are for educational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute offers, guarantees or contractual commitments by 10wen or any Operator.

Users are expressly advised to:

• Verify all bonus terms, deposit limits, wagering requirements and cashout conditions directly with the relevant Operator before participating;
• Check that any payment method referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is currently accepted by the Operator and that the applicable provider's own rules permit the transaction;
• Confirm that any game RTP, volatility or feature description is consistent with the Operator's live game lobby and the game studio's published specifications.

7 Gambling Disclaimer

10wen is not a gambling operator. The Platform does not accept deposits, does not process bets or wagers, does not issue winnings and does not hold a gambling licence from any regulatory authority. References to operators, games, sports markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, football and UFC) and payment methods are solely for informational purposes.

Gambling involves risk. You may lose all money staked. No Content on this Platform should be interpreted as a guarantee, tip, prediction or endorsement in relation to any gambling outcome. 10wen does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by any Pakistani government authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government or any Pakistani financial institution.

Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar local references for contextual guidance only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform or any Operator.

8 Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in the Platform and its Content are and shall remain the exclusive property of 10wen or its licensed content providers, as applicable. These rights are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, 10wen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload or transmit the Content in whole or in part without 10wen's express written consent;
• Sell, rent, sub-license or otherwise commercially exploit any Content;
• Modify, create derivative works from or reverse engineer any element of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notice from any Content.

Any use of Content beyond the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Third-Party References

The Platform may reference, describe or discuss third-party operators, game studios, sports organisations (including the Pakistan Super League, International Cricket Council and associated tournaments), payment service providers and other entities for educational and contextual purposes.

These references do not constitute endorsements, partnerships, sponsorships or commercial affiliations between 10wen and those third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise. 10wen has no control over the practices, terms, availability or accuracy of information maintained by third-party operators. Users access third-party services entirely at their own risk.

10wen accepts no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy practices, security standards, bonus terms or payment policies of any third-party operator or service that a User chooses to engage with.

10 Privacy & Data

10wen's collection, use, storage and protection of any data obtained through your use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10wen does not sell personal data to third parties. Where data is shared with service providers — such as analytics platforms or content delivery networks — it is done so under appropriate data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary for the legitimate operation of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 10wen, its officers, employees, agents and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance you place on Content published on the Platform;
• Any decision to register with, deposit funds with or participate in any Operator's platform based on information obtained from 10wen;
• Any financial losses arising from gambling activities, regardless of whether those activities were influenced by Content on 10wen;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data transmitted through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Applicable Law.

12 Termination of Access

10wen reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Conduct that 10wen reasonably believes is harmful to other users, the Platform or third parties;
• A requirement to do so under Applicable Law, regulatory direction or court order;
• Cessation of the Platform's operations for any reason.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including without limitation the clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 10wen does not assert jurisdiction over Users in any specific territory; rather, Users are responsible for complying with the laws of the territory in which they are located.

For Pakistani Users, relevant legislation includes the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, the Personal Data Protection Bill (as enacted or amended) and any applicable provincial regulations. This Platform does not provide legal advice; seek independent counsel if required.

14 Amendments

10wen reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage Users to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, your remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
